We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the hot springs were very relaxing. the onsen was clean and well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was great for hiking and cycling. We loved being able to explore the surrounding nature.
, Despite paying a high price for the room, the aqua center required an additional fee. This was not disclosed on the website and left us feeling deceived.

We spent Christmas at this large hotel complex with all the amenities for families. The public onsen was great, offering several different baths, including an outdoor one. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient, taking guests from the nearby station in a 25-minute ride, and the surrounding garden is lovely.
Although our room was spacious and clean, it lacked Wi-Fi, and the only available connection was in the lobby. As the hotel is located on a peninsula, it is isolated from other shops and restaurants.
